                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM HERBERT B. PAYNE, JR.
                   AND JENEANE A. PAYNE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT
                   NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM,
                   TRACT NO. 111, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF
                   THREE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($3,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Herbert B. Payne, Jr. and
       Jeneane A. Payne, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights
       Collection System, Tract No. 111, for a total consideration of
       $3,000.00.
